_Something a little different from your normal Personal Assistant role. _At Cherish UK we are looking to recruit a
personal assistant to support our senior management team.
- Answer telephone calls and allocate accordingly. Recording information where appropriate and forwarding information to relevant staff member if applicable
- Filing being kept up to date and in correct place.
- Manage pool cars and ensure maintenance is carried out.
- Monitor and oversee the deployment of mobile devices to care teams and management.
- To attend regular staff meetings where required and liaise closely with colleagues, supervisors and the office team.
- Implementation of data into software / databases / spreadsheets
- To maintain accurate and complete records, including Staff Files, KPI's and spreadsheets.
- Implementing and managing the archiving process
- To work as a member of the staff team and be willing to share duties of appropriate colleagues in times of absence or emergency.
- To handle and store information in accordance with the company policies, and in accordance with GDPR.
- To work within current, relevant national legislation and standards and the companies' policies and practice guidelines at all times.
- To take responsibility for own ongoing professional training and development, working jointly with their designated supervisor/ manager through the staff development system which includes regular supervision with a designated manager
- To attend training or development opportunities as required
- To report any concerns that may arise under the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Policy to the Care manager immediately
- To be responsible for the security of your workstation when on duty
- Has previous experience of working in a care setting in an administrative capacity
- Excellent attention to detail, and can organise their own time
- Tech literate

Salary:
£11.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Care in an administrative role: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and own vehicle (required)
