As the Communications Lead /Manager for an office community, your overall purpose is to help bring to life our shared commitment:
Creating exceptional experiences for tenants, stakeholders and the local community.

It is imperative that Unity Place is positioned for success in attracting the desired target audiences to experience the various outlets and event spaces, adding value to all stakeholders within Unity Place and raising the bar on guest experiences within thevisitor attraction and workplace sectors.

  • To manage a multifaceted approach to the planning, management, and holistic curation of building common and public spaces to strengthen the link between colleagues, people, and the office community destination through effective communications.
  • Assist the marketing team and adoption and change teams to ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest standards and excellent communications are maintained with all stakeholders and associates.
  • Assist the inhouse site teams to implement all tactical communication activities, offering guidance, support and expertise to ensure communications are well executed.
  • To keep all internet content, social platforms, app content, and onsite physical content & digital media up to date, relevant & interesting.
Develop compelling communications campaigns that will attract new audiences and C&E opportunities
Create a calendar of award submissions and drive innovation across the venue.

  • Create thought leadership programmes and engaging events that promote to new and existing audiences.
  • Manage pr agency to drive positive press coverage in key UK press and online publications.
  • Creating engaging content, including blogs, articles, videos, newsletters, imagery and web copy that captures the essence of the community, including:
  • Events, new clients and other inspiring news stories
  • Supplier food and drink provenance stories; sustainability and community stories
  • Awards, acknowledgements and Unity Place celebrations
  • Shoot high quality photography and video content that has the 'wow' factor and will make UP social media channels stand out from the crowd.
  • To act as a brand guardian and ensure brand consistency in all communication materials
  • Managing digital and online platforms such as the website and social media channels
