The governing body seek to appoint someone who:

• is passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for all students and can contribute positively to the development of our college

- has drive and determination and is willing to go the extra mile to support very vulnerable students
- has experience of working with school age children and/or post 16 students
- has a level 3, or above childcare qualification and/or a teaching qualification
- can demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills

• Is prepared to work across different sites, including educating students in their home if required.

The salary for the position is Grade 10, SCP 24-27 £27,164- £29,403 per annum.
