Do you want the opportunity to be part of an exciting organisation and build your career? We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admin & Finance Assistant to join our team.


Indigo Childcare Group is a leading provider of high-quality childcare services across the Glasgow area, dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

We have programmes that cater for children from six weeks into their teens, supporting families in the city we call home.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the finance and operations teams
  • Managing the purchase ledger and processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations and preparing payment runs
  • Credit control and chasing overdue payments
  • General office administration duties such as answering phone calls, filing and photocopying
  • Providing support with HR and recruitment as required

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in a similar administrative and finance role (preferred)
  • Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Sage Accounting

Salary:
£21,773.00-£23,802.00 per year
