Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team at Amazon in Leeds. In this role you will help us improve our processes by identifying new ways of working.Responsibilities
* Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely* Monitor teams to ensure everyone follows correct processes
* Keep track of equipment performance through visual checks condition-based monitoring preventative maintenance tasks schedule additional servicing when required* Supervise technicians on shift support their development act as first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers* Solve issues in equipment reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible* Support in finding ways continually improve systems standardize processes across EU network
