To provide organisational development, (OD) professional leadership to the Health & Wellbeing, (HWB) and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, (EDI), work streams that enables the delivery its priorities.

As a key member of the Organisational Development management team this role will contribute to the development and implementation of the HWB Strategic plan and the ED&I Strategic plan which are aligned to the People and OD Strategy vision to attract, develop, and retain highly skilled, engaged, and compassionate people who thrive to make a positive difference to patient care.
