Working on a warm desk and with an experienced and established team, your role will include:

  • speaking with clients, listening and understanding the needs and wants, and supporting them to successfully match people into the right roles
- obtaining the necessary compliance documentation in line with current legislation
- deliver excellent customer service in line with Hoop's expectations and values

Recruitment experience is not necessary, but a strong work ethic is.

Essential skills needed for the role:

  • strong work ethic, the more you put in, the more you get out in recruitment
- ability to work to targets, and multi task
- compassionate and kind towards other
- a hunger and drive to be the best version of you
- works well in a team environment
