Description
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that patients who lack capacity to consent to care or treatment, who need to access acute health care services, receive the highest possible standard of care.
The post holder will actively promote and facilitate evidence based practice and quality assurance within the Trust, raising the profile of patients who cannot consent to care or treatment within the Trust.
The role requires a professional with excellent team working and communication skills; you will provide patient centered care and deliver effective evidence based care to a defined demographic population with diverse health care and social needs.
