Job summary

We are currently seeking to recruit Contract Support Officers to join our team at Unitrust.

As a Core Officer you will provide a high level of customer service at our client site acting as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors entering the building. You will liaise with the client stakeholders working alongside the wider Security Team on site ensuring protection of persons property thereby providing safe secure environment.

The role involves maintaining good order on site protecting everyone against violent acts abuse accident protecting clients assets private property belonging to them tenants visitors against loss theft damage prevent offences escalating issues security maintenance related by email incident reports monitor respond alarms CCTV BMS systems assist emergency procedures management contractors tenant fit out stage carry escort duties deliveries unauthorised persons prohibited areas maintain accurate records manage ad-hoc projects tasks monitoring responding CCTV intruder alarms liaison Building Services out hours calls key control daily issues general security front house role requested Facilities Team officers must have SIA Training Organisation basic qualification equivalent experience hold full UK driving licence aged 25+ vehicle insurance policy first aid qualification desired training provided consistently smart appearance uniform required reliability energetic self-motivation ability use own initiative work supervision excellent timekeeping calm professional manner ability tact diplomacy deal people levels including emergencies stress self-confidence interest self-development excellent physical fitness perform patrol emergency response duties efficiently effectively record attendance timekeeping Equal Opportunities employer welcome applicants suitably qualified persons regardless sex race disability age sexual orientation gender reassignment religion belief marital status pregnancy maternity please note any job offered subject satisfactory pre-employment five year work history security vetting checks according BS785820>
