Location:

Groundwork London Islington office (Angel) / remote working arrangements, with a requirement to work in the London borough of Greenwich.


Contract:
One year fixed term contract, with a possibility to extend

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Groundwork London is responsible for managing a number of pan-London grant schemes with environmental and social regeneration themes, including Walking & Cycling Grants London funded by Transport for London and the London Marathon Foundation, and Grow Back Greener funded by the Greater London Authority.


Groundwork London are working with the NHS South East London Integrated Care Board to manage the NHS Greenwich Charitable Funds, which aims to tackle health inequalities in the London borough of Greenwich.

Groundwork London are seeking a dedicated Programme Officer to coordinate and deliver this new grant programme.

The post holder will have proven experience of the health sector and/or communities in Greenwich.

Awareness of current key health and wellbeing issues, contextual factors that can lead to poor health and wellbeing, and how to reduce current inequality in health outcomes is desired for the role.

Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and time-management skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office will be essential in the role.

Previous experience in grants administration/management is desired.
