Customer Experience Design Lead - Hybrid - £650 inside IR35

We're currently working with a key client on an exciting project, who are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to come and be a pivotal part of the team.

Experience implementing and shaping design strategy and customer experience
Work alongside and train different members of the design team at different levels
Be customer focused and be an advocate for platform users
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be an influence of the future customer experience

Details
Hybrid - 1 day a week in Scotland office with occasional workshops
£650 inside IR35
minimum 6-month contract
