At Este Medical Group, we are a multi award winning clinic with a number of clinics in and outside of the UK.


  • Employers of call centre must have minimum 2 years of experiences.
  • Must have the ability to sell promotions and campaigns over the phone.
  • Call centre department must have the ability to call our existing clients to offer them our new services.
We require a full time/part time, friendly call centre agent to join our busy team. In order to succeed in this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must be a team player, be able to work under a fast paced environment and it is required to have previous experience working in a similar role as a call centre agent in aesthetics, spa or a clinic environment.


Duties will include answering incoming calls, dealing with client enquiries, booking client treatments into our treatment booking system and ensuring that all clinic visitors and clients are treated with the highest standard of customer service, courtesy and professionalism.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edgbaston,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
