We are searching for an enthusiastic person to join our operations team at the
studio in
Birmingham City Centre, for 20+ hours per week

About the role and you:

We are looking for an organised, self motivated, cleaner.

Your role will be an important part of ensuring we achieve our goal of Customer First and ensuring all of our guests have the experience possible.

You will have high standards and excellent attention to detail, making sure everything is the best that it can be, taking pride in the work that you do.

The role involves working alongside our friendly team, as well as sometimes being expected to work without supervision. You will be self motivated in ensuring tasks are done to the highest standards.

Keeping the venue clean and tidy, including front of house, back of house and bathroom areas.

Following best practise and complying with health and safety legislation, maintaining hygiene.

Cleaning involves, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, emptying bins, bathrooms including sinks, floors, mirrors and toilets.

Born as 'The Orange Studio' in 1999 we started with our award-winning Birmingham location and just 5 meeting rooms but it's safe to say we've grown a lot since then.

We became the
studio in 2006 and we are now an independent company, owned and run by the same team since the beginning but now having grown to 46 meeting rooms across 4 locations around the UK.

Though we've grown a lot our friendly, people focused ethos and culture very much remains at our heart. It's important to us that everyone that attends one of locations feels welcome and looked after. We're not a large corporate chain and we're really proud of that. We work hard. We be ourselves. We have fun. We truly believe in our mission statement 'customer first'.

We are also passionate about our local communities, all of our food is locally sourced and we aim to do the best we can in terms of our impact on our environment.

£9.50 per hour, work on a rota basis according to business needs.
