**Senior Administrator

No two days are the same here You will be busy providing full administrative support for the Sales teams, ensuring sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments, and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.


Duties:


  • Overall responsibility and ownership for administrative support to the Sales teams to assist growth.
  • Assist Line Manager in providing support & training to less experienced team members.
  • Provide quotations for new and existing customers within agreed deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers and Consultants.
  • Produce and despatch of contracts and supporting documentation including management through to Signing.
  • Process tender (and related) information in accordance with guidelines and SLAs.
  • Update and maintain various logs including the contract management system, tender logs.
  • Produce and run various reports required by the Sales team/the customer.
  • Ensure that Sales Teams are provided consistent highquality support with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely and ensure excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for clients
  • Work closely with other departments such as credit, procurement, pricing etc to ensure current and future customer requirements are met to an excellent level.

  • Experience in an administrative environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements to working processes
  • Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders is an advantage

Location:
Redhill based during induction and training period. Hybrid working after 3 months
  • Hybrid working
will be 3 days in the office and 2 at home. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
