Description
Steel processing company based in Halesowen require a Slitting Line Setter / Operator

All applicants must have experience of steel slitting.


Your main duties will include:

  • The setting and operating of a slitting line
  • Operating Overhead Cranes
  • Use of micrometres and Vernier's
  • Using pneumatic hand tools
  • Banding coils/Packaging coils
  • Using our computer system to book jobs/stock search etc
  • Hours of working 06:0016:00 Mon-Thurs & 06:0012:00 Friday's
  • Overtime may be required
  • Applicants Must be able to work safely and in line with the company's health and safety procedures

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £11.58 per hour
