Are you a Lead Java Developer looking to make your stamp?
We are partnered exclusively with the leading supplier of 24/7 betting services that deliver into to retailers and online companies, globally They are scaling up, entering different markets and now need a Software Engineer Manager to join them on this periodof growth

You could be part of this huge growth period by leading a team of software engineers to support with design and development of broadcasting and distribution software.

Reporting into the Development Manager, you will play a key part in this transitional phasewith a design-based mindset and a thorough understanding of technology integrations.

Multiple HQ's across the UK with the Tech Squad being based out of Milton Keynes - Hybrid working

Salary and package - up to £95,000 + annual performance bonus up to 20%, 25 days holiday with option to purchase additional days, private healthcare, up to 10% pension match scheme + other with additional retail discounts.

Experience of the Lead Java Developer

  • Experience leading technical teams, leading offshore teams would be advantageous
  • Exposure to Java technologies
  • Knowledge of Java framework and API development
  • MS Azure or cloudbased software experience
  • Exposure to or knowledge of scaled agile methodology
  • A gogetter
This is a collaborative and scaled agile environment with a real opportunity to put your stamp on the role.

Part of the team are Europe based so there is an element of managing these relationships virtually and coordinating with occasional travel.
