The Role


The Head of People& Culture for EMEA is responsible for leading People & Culture team across the UK, Poland, India and South Africa.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and People Team across EMEA to continue to build and develop our people and talent strategy.

More specifically, you will act as the key business partner for the Managing Director - EMEA, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief technology Officer (CTO).


You will be responsible for scaling our fantastic culture and leading the P&C EMEA team across Change and Transformation, Talent Management, Total Reward, People & Culture Operations and Employee Relations.


Role Responsibilities

Leadership:


  • Manage and lead the people and talent strategy aligning with future business goals and growth plans.
  • Responsible for working across the P&C leadership team to ensure that Bravura Solutions is a great place to work and collaborate with our Development Talent Teams to ensure we retain and develop our people.
  • Managing and developing the People and Culture Team ensuring best practice is implemented and scaled across the business fairly and consistently.

Talent:


  • Drive Talent Management agenda ensuring a clearly defined strategy is outlined consistently across the EMEA Region
  • Lead local People & Culture teams through the annual performance and reward review process across EMEA, ensuring people leaders are aware of the process and what is required of them and their teams
  • Ensure appropriate learning, development and succession management to develop plans are in place to retain key skills to meet current and future business needs

Employee Relations & Operations:


  • Lead the People & Culture team on people related policies across EMEA in line with Bravura's values and local legislation
  • Ensure leaders are supported on people management and aware of responsibilities regarding fair and consistent opportunities at work
  • Drive DE&I initiatives across EMEA ensuring consistent legislation is in alignment with Bravura Solutions Values
  • Act as a change agent in the management of organisational change, partnering with executive leadership to build the strategy behind people and provide governance and support
  • Initiate change projects and improvements within the EMEA People and Culture team, ensuring legal compliance and best practice based on local legislation
  • Bring the Bravura Purpose and Values to life, ensuring they contribute to the
  • Stay abreast of any active employee relations cases relating to protected characteristics, harassment, bullying, and victimisation (as the circumstances dictate)

Culture and Change Management:


  • Act as a change agent in the management of organisational change, partnering with executive leadership to build the strategy behind people and provide governance and support
  • Initiate change projects and improvements within the EMEA People and Culture team, ensuring legal compliance and best practice based on local legislation
  • Bring the Bravura Purpose and Values to life, ensuring they contribute to the
culture of the business


Total Reward:


  • Partner with Global Total Reward meeting people and seeking feedback about our compensation philosophy, reward strategy and overall culture, to make sure we're an amazing place to work.
  • Lead People Operations team people & culture through to annual benefits review across EMEA including salary sacrifice and vender management.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Experience across best practice in People & Culture (Change management, Cultural Change, Talent Management, Organisation Analysis and Design, Employee Relations, Business Partnering Partnering, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance, D& I) with examples of where you have made improvements in these areas.
  • Deep understanding of team leadership.
  • Worked within a technology, software, financial services or professional services environment.
  • Strong business acumen, and the ability to seamlessly transition from strategic thought leadership to operational delivery ie: roll your sleeves up to support the team).
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and coach & influence at a senior level.
  • High level of EQ, with the ability to balance business growth and priorities with employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong skills to guide and support others People & Culture through change.
  • Data driven uses data and insights to drive change
