We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager for a permanent role in a high quality, modern Residential Care Home in North Staffordshire, near Leek with an excellent reputation.
You'll be experienced and possess at least a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and ideally in a Deputy Manager position currently, however, we are looking to speak to other individuals who are Senior Carers or Team Leaders and feel they are readyto take this step up also.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure residents receive a service appropriate to their needs irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability
- To ensure that medication is managed within the home in line with company processes and procedures
- To be the responsible person for the management of training of all care home staff
- To ensure full compliance in all mandatory fields
- To be responsible for the dietary requirements of residents and the management of satellite kitchens within the home
- Must have good understanding of CQC standards and KLOE's
- Take responsibility for complying with Statutory and legal requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship sponsorship is NOT available
