A global architectural and design business in South West London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team.

This innovative design business are multi-disciplined and you would have the opportunity to work on some inspiring projects.
You will join an established and fun team in a friendly working environment. This practice really looks after its employees with lots of perks and social activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Coordinator high quality bid and tender submissions
  • Manage the production of bid responses.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposal and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate information from across multiple offices for report writing
  • Maintain internal database with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.
  • Edit, update and create marketing materials including fact sheets and brochures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team.

Key skills required:

  • Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within Architecture or the wider built environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of InDesign
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working on multiple complex bids.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach.
