Job Overview:
Hotel supervisor at the Savoy Park Hotel, Ayr. Full-time or part-time. must be flexible for working weekdays and weekends.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, restaurant&bar, housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain hotel standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise staff members and ensure highquality service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Serve customers, take orders, run food
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry is preferred but full training will be given
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest services
