About the role:


About you:


The job Holder will require:

  • Good IT skills with experience of XL, WORD, Outlook, etc.
  • A good telephone manner to deal with Contractors and PCC staff at all levels.
  • Some previous office experience would be an advantage.
  • To be literate and Numerate to a reasonable level.

What you will do:


  • To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/ finance support service to the corporate property team.
  • To maintain and update a range of electronic/ manual information systems including webbased information and assist with the collation of any statistical returns or reports.
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail
  • To undertake a full range of clerical duties, including processing of correspondence, reports, data, policies and procedures and associated documentation.

£24,294.00-£25,119.00 per year
