About the role:
About you:
The job Holder will require:
- Good IT skills with experience of XL, WORD, Outlook, etc.
- A good telephone manner to deal with Contractors and PCC staff at all levels.
- Some previous office experience would be an advantage.
- To be literate and Numerate to a reasonable level.
What you will do:
- To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/ finance support service to the corporate property team.
- To maintain and update a range of electronic/ manual information systems including webbased information and assist with the collation of any statistical returns or reports.
- To process incoming and outgoing mail
- To undertake a full range of clerical duties, including processing of correspondence, reports, data, policies and procedures and associated documentation.

Pay:
£24,294.00-£25,119.00 per year
