Influence and professional challenges
Reporting to the CFO, you join a professional finance team in a very international company. You have a variety of challenging and important assignments in the role.


The core tasks are:

• Frequent and continuous dialogue with the stakeholders of supply chain, the project managers, and sales. The Finance Business Partner is to provide insights and help optimise the business processes.
• Project controlling. The Finance Business Partner spearheads the Project Review Board which is the forum of the status discussions. The board consists of the management team and the relevant project managers.
• Perform the analyses and provide counselling regarding project status, invoicing, percentage of the completion, corrective actions etc.
• Deliver key figures for the monthly reporting
• Business controlling related to forecasts, order intake, sales, and contribution margin.

You have a high level of responsibility and flexibility, and you are also expected to contribute to developing the Finance Business Partner role.

The development of tools and procedures are also important elements of the job.


Experienced business controller - manufacturing and projects
You already have some experience with business and project controlling. The projects can be the external customer projects or internal projects (CAPEX/investment cases).

Your experience is either from a company with engineered solutions (construction, process lines, installations, wind turbines) or from a manufacturing company with internal projects.

The large responsibility of the role and the opportunity to influence the business are motivational elements to you. Interaction with the stakeholders comes natural to you, and you enjoy driving initiatives.

Your IT toolbox is strong - you are a skilled user of Excel, BI, and ERP-systems.

Due to the international dimension of the company, you must be comfortable with speaking and writing in English.
