With You is all about working with our clients to find the right path for them to get back to where they want to be and you will be joining a amazing team of people who go the extra mile to make that happen.


About the job


You will be part of our services support team, providing an all round adminstration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks.

There will also be prescriptions to prepare ready for our clinical team to sign and distribute.


It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth running support team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day.


You will also have a role to play in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who comes into the service.


There's great variety in this role from greeting clients to ordering stationery, maintaining our data quality to processing time sheets - there's always something we'll need your help with.


Benefits:

The Inner London Weighting of £ per annum, pro rata if part time, applies to this role.


Essential Skills:


To do this job successfully, you will need:

  • experience of providing great admin support in a busy environment
- the abillity to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- to be confident working in a team environment, able to work collaboratively with everyone
- a good level of maths and english (verbal and written)
- to be organised, able to manage and prioritise you time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
- good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- a can do, positive attitude
- excellent IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media
- to understand work based Health & Safety issues
- some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time

This role requires a satisfactory Standard level DBS certificate as part of our safeguarding checks process.


Desired Skills:


If you have worked in a charitable organisation before and/or have knowledge or experience of our client group, that would be an advantage but not essential.
