The Business

An influencer talent management agency working with the world's biggest brands planning incredible social media campaigns on behalf of digital content creators.

The agency supports their talent through brand partnership negotiations, social media management and personal brand development.


The Job

You will join the team as a Brand Executive responsible for the entire end to end process of an influencer / brand social campaign.


You'll work with a young, vibrant team who will encourage you to go for the biggest campaigns and push yourself to achieve amazing results.

You'll be valued and listened to as part of a small but growing team and given all the resources to succeed.


  • Scouting and signing new influencer talent
  • Manage your influencer talent through new campaigns agreeing creatives and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Search for campaign opportunities on behalf of your talent, making contact with these brands and agreeing the commercial deal
  • Manage both the creators and brands through the entire delivery process
  • Track performance of the campaign
  • Learn from each campaign to improve the next


You'll be based from an awesome office in North West London with a great atmosphere and social environment 5 days per week with flexibility to work from home on occasion.


  • 6+ months in a social media related role or 6+ months in a media sales related role
  • Meticulous eye for detail from keeping records to constantly checking your work to ensure high levels of quality
  • Excellent time management and can prioritise tasks effectively
  • Brings a positive approach to work and will contribute to the office culture
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Willing to get involved with other areas and help the whole team
  • An understanding of social trends, talent and influencer marketing
  • Excellent communicator, easy to work with, friendly and upbeat

Bonus point for:


  • Experience in media sales, influencer marketing or talent management
