Econekt is a family run specialist construction company focussing on the supply, distribution and installation of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) products throughout the UK, generally in new build residential homes.

The core business of Econekt is the self build market where we provide structural shell services throughout the UK.

Due continued growth and development we are looking to add an assistant estimator / contracts supervisor to our small team to assist with and run projects throughout the UK.

Ideally you will be from an Estimating, Architectural Technician or Joinery background with circa - 5 years post qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Supervisor:

• Work alongside the existing management and site installation teams to ensure clear and consistent results for each Econekt contract throughout the UK.
• Liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers to ensure best value & practices in order to obtain best value and results regardless of project location.
• Work with in house project management CRM and project management apps to keep projects and client relationships running at all times.
• Ensure all Standards are met including on time delivery
• Maintain accurate and up to date records.

Experience:

Extensive experience in the residential construction industry in Estimating, Project Management / Technical Services or Joinery, including holding a supervisory or managerial position during this time.
