Kidabulous is West London and Surrey's Biggest Indoor Play and Party Centre for children.

We are looking for a Cafe Assistant who wants to work Full-time (must work every other weekend) to help run the best children's soft play centre in the country.

We want every child, Mum, Dad, Grandparent or carer who visits Kidabulous, to have a fantastic time, in a warm, friendly and family orientated environment.

And most importantly, we want them to have such a great time - they can't wait to come back.

The centre is big, approx. 16,000sq ft and was new throughout (just 8 years ago).

It has multi-tiered play equipment over two floors, four private party rooms, a commercial lift, a restaurant cafe, and two coffee bars.

As Cafe Assistant you will help in many aspects of the daily running of the Centre. This includes, serving customers at the coffee bars and commercial kitchen. Serving food and clearing tables. Cleaning all areas of the play centre under the guidance and instruction of the Duty Manager. Generally helping out to ensure the play centre works efficiently and operates to the highest standards. You will promote good staff relations with your colleagues, and must have a 'can do attitude'. You will demonstrate great customer service, and take pride in every area of the operation.

Previous Barista training is an advantage, but not essential.

But you do need to:

Have great customer service skills.
A good work ethic.
Exude energy and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Keep all areas of the Play Centre clean and tidy at all times.
Work as part of a team.
Handle customer complaints in the first instance, and report feedback to Managers when necessary.
Be responsible for cash handling at tills, taking payments accurately and following cash handling procedures.
Be proactive and organised.
Deliver to clearly defined standards and follow operating procedures.
Ensure you work safely and comply with all legislation, H&S and food hygiene at all times.
Be flexible with your working hours.

Salary:
£8.00-£11.44 per hour (Depending on age)
