Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide excellent service
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Experience:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Types:

From £25,514.77 per year
