Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide excellent service
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Experience:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,514.77 per year
