We are recruiting a Production Supervisor

About us:

Müller - we're not just yoghurt We are a family owned company and the second biggest dairy in the Country; supplying milk to leading supermarkets across the UK.


About the Opportunity:

We are now looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to help us keep the nation in Milk/Cream/Butter/Milkshake


Your general duties will include:

  • Creating and delivering development plans.
  • Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
  • Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives.
  • People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.
  • Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business


Team management experience is preferred, however, what we really want is someone who has a strong background in food manufacturing and has positive behaviours.
