Fully Remote, M4 Corridor


We are working with a not-for-profit organisation based in the UK, Australia, and the US, who operate on a fully remote basis.

Our client identifies and develops exceptional Marketing, Media and Communications talent via programmes and an academy and arelooking for a flexible, driven Marketing Executive to join their UK team.


As a Marketing Executive you will work with the virtual Program Director, delivering first class content, communications, and customer experiences, to the virtual community.

You will also work on ad hoc projects, to give you experience across the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Program Director in executing the community engagement plan
  • Provide a quality onboarding experience for every delegate
  • Manage elements of the virtual hub, relating to customer experience and community management, ensuring all content is engaging
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create a suite of virtual brand and communication assets; logos, syllabus, onboarding documents, program brochures, program collateral, social media materials etc
  • Lead social media amplification, and pre/post session publicity
  • Run individual promotional campaigns
  • Use the CRM platform to monitor data analytics; dashboard, insights etc
  • Set up learning sessions on digital webinar platforms, provide tech support at all live sessions, and edit videos for the 'on demand' channel

Skills/ Experience:


  • Degree level educated, or equivalent, with onthejob experience
  • Digitally savvy, with experience using social media, with strong creative writing skills
  • An understanding of, or some exposure to marketing, comms, and campaigns
  • The ability to edit videos, or the willingness to learn how
  • A drive for continuous improvement, and a proactive, cando attitude
  • A team player
  • Ideally based along the M4 Corridor (between Cheltenham and Reading) to enable regular face to face meetings with the Program Director
