This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of high-calibre Advisors, responsible for facing off to front office colleagues.

As a Compliance Advisory Director you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships up to Board-level within the bank, ensuring the bank is meeting regulatory requirements, both in the UK and globally.
  • Providing advice on transactions, new products, regulatory developments etc
  • Liaising with external bodies such as the FCA
  • Implementing Compliance policies and initiatives as required
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience in Private Side Compliance
  • SMElevel knowledge of regulations relating to ECM, DCM, M&A etc.
