Based in our Harlow office, we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator with strong communication and organisation skills. The successful applicant will support Project Co-ordinators, Technicians, and Consultants with a variety of administration tasks.Why Join TMA?

The practice is involved in a wide range of environmental consultancy, encompassing Arboriculture (trees), Ecology and Landscape Architecture. Our clients include local government, land managers, developers for small, medium, and large regeneration developments.The Role
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations as well as answering phone calls and scheduling meetings.
- Setting up new projects, managing booking system and chasing purchase orders.
- Database entry, electronic filing.
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining up to date records.
- Supporting in maintaining project management methods, standards, and processes.
- Management of equipment use and ordering.
- Setting up meeting rooms, booking courses and hotels.
- Providing general support to the consultants promoting projects to run smoothly and deliver goals on time and within budget.
- Supporting good relationship with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills
- Good knowledge of Office 36
- Strong communication skills, professional and diligent
- Well organised, methodical and quick to learn
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Results and detail orientated
- Effective communicator, articulate, excellent writing skills and time management
- Enthusiasm to be part of a growing business
- Driving license and own car

£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
