As a Sales Representative at The Roof and Wall Doctor, your primary responsibility will be to sit confirmed leads for our exceptional roof and wall coatings.

You will play a crucial role in our sales process by engaging with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our products.

Your objective will be to understand their needs, answer any questions they may have, and guide them through the final steps of the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

Sit confirmed leads for roof and wall coatings, engaging with customers who have already expressed interest in our products.

Build rapport with potential customers and establish trust by providing them with detailed information about our coatings, their benefits, and the installation process.

Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers and ensure their complete satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.


Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a Sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential customers. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with sales targets and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
