Job Title:
Sales Coach l Head Of Academy

We are looking for a Sales Coach / Sales Trainer to join the team at Colux. Our unique approach to headhunting has allowed us to expand and continue to grow across Europe & USA.

Due to the success in Norway, Denmark, and Switzerland, & the USA, we are now looking to scale the business.

The perfect fit.....
This role would be perfect for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.

This role would also suit someone who has a passion for coaching and taking the lead on training, supporting, and guiding people through the Colux academy.

What will you be doing?

Carrying out training sessions for junior recruiters
Creating training material
Interviewing new prospects
Internal recruitment (Supporting the Head of People & Culture)
Helping with external recruitment
Creating academy content
Reporting to management with progression updates
