A fast-growing, dynamic business in Financial Services are looking for an FP&A Manager to help support their wider finance team as they undergo a period of rapid expansion.

This role is ideal for anyone who is immediately available and looking for theirnext step.

Key responsibilities:

Proactive engagement both with finance business partners and directly with the divisions and support teams to provide detailed analysis of budgets, plans and forecasts including analysis of income statement, headcount and KPIs to understand main assumptions,key drivers, trends and risks and opportunities
Support the delivery of projects, including finance and wider group transformation initiatives
Cash flow forecasting, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Assist in the development of the Group longer term strategic plans with appropriate financial forecasting and metrics
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA with 34+ years PQE
Highly proficient with Excel and demonstrable experience of financial modelling
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with stakeholders, and able to help nonfinance stakeholders understand their performance and consequent actions.
Experience working with executive personnel within large organisations
