RESPONSIBILITIES
As a
Customer Support Advisor your key duties will include:
- Managing customer call backs when a first-time resolution couldn't be provided.
- Maintaining accurate, uptodate, customer information
- Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring customers are on the right product for them.
- Driving sales through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Identifying customer experience and feedback to suggest improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the
Customer Support Advisor role, you must have:
- Experience in a customer service/contact centre role
- Educated to GCSE level, with passes in English and Maths
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A motivated mindset with the drive to learn new skills
