RESPONSIBILITIES
As a
Customer Support Advisor your key duties will include:

  • Managing customer call backs when a first-time resolution couldn't be provided.
  • Maintaining accurate, uptodate, customer information
  • Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring customers are on the right product for them.
  • Driving sales through the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Identifying customer experience and feedback to suggest improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the
Customer Support Advisor role, you must have:

  • Experience in a customer service/contact centre role
  • Educated to GCSE level, with passes in English and Maths
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A motivated mindset with the drive to learn new skills
