Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Team2i to uncover compelling narratives and stories that align with our brand objectives.
  • Develop and implement templates for story collection, transforming completed templates into engaging prose to captivate our audience. Disseminate stories effectively across various platforms (social media, SEO, PR) with persuasive calls to action aimed at driving conversions.
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights and anecdotes for storytelling purposes.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to bring stories to life, ensuring distribution across selected channels for maximum reach and impact.
  • Lead the development and management of social media channels, fostering interaction and support for posts and comments.
  • Generate diverse content across multiple media formats to enrich our brand narrative and engage our audience effectively.
  • Facilitate internal communications by providing data and crafting updates for our internal SharePoint and Teams channels, fostering engagement and empowerment within Team2i.
  • Monitor and analyse data from web and social channels to derive actionable insights for external communication strategies.
  • Manage our content hub and content Azure board, facilitating the efficient management of content projects across the organisation.
  • Coordinate events, including logistics, merchandising, and the design and implementation of engaging content and campaigns leading up to the events.
  • Produce video content and animations to enhance our brand presence and storytelling efforts.
  • Design captivating infographics tailored for social media platforms to increase engagement and reach
  • Manage the publication of blogs, news updates, and other content on 2i's website.
