Are you a Qualified Teacher based in, or have easy access to West Bromwich in Sandwell?

The primary school I am recruiting for are looking for a KS1 intervention Teacher to support small groups of children with varying needs from gifted and talented to lower ability.

The role has been created to raise attainment within the setting, this role willinvolve planning which is shared with the class teacher.

The school are passionate about their students and are always keen to work with innovative staff who can bring a fresh perspective to the team.

The school has low EAL and SEND needs for the geographic area and provide additional support for these students both within the classroom and extended resources within the school.

I am genuinely excited to be working on this recruitment project with a school who from the conversations I have had really value their staff and their wellbeing.

As a full time, teacher, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected.


  • Teach KS1 curriculum.
  • Work Collaboratory with the KS1 team.
- experienced working in Primary School environment.

  • Experience working within KS1(desired not essential).
  • Assess, mark and plan lessons.
  • Assess achievements of pupils.
  • Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & dept meetings.
