Main Purpose:


The Partnerships team is an integral part of ASM Global and the success of commercial relationships across our iconic venue portfolio, which includes AO Arena, first direct Arena, OVO Arena Wembley and P&J Live.

ASM Global proudly maintain and develop long running partnerships with globally recognised brands such as AO, Three, Sky, first direct, Heineken, Sage, and Utilita.


The UK Partnership & Ticketing Coordinator will support the delivery of ASM Global's key group partnerships, supporting the partnership activation team to successfully deliver contractual rights and benefits, with a focus on premium ticketing across nine venues.


Key accountabilities:

  • Work within the central partnership activation team at ASM Global, developing excellent relationships with all ASM Global UK venues and partners.
  • Oversee partner related ticketing processes, working closely with relevant partner(s) and venue teams to ensure the smooth running of on sale activity and produce regular sales reports.
  • Work closely with general managers, hospitality, ticketing and marketing teams at each venue to ensure relevant information is collected ahead of events going on sale.
  • Produce event notifications to partners, clearly communicating announcement dates and on sale schedules.
  • Upload event information onto databases and venue websites, ensuring approved imagery is gathered ahead of announcement dates.
  • Working with the UK Partnerships Manager and venue marketing teams to coordinate partner marketing requirements.
  • The ability to advise on best practices of boosting ticket sales online, with knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
  • Produce regular sales reports for both partners and ASM Global.
  • Lead on the booking and delivery of contracted B2B and B2C tickets.
  • Establish and develop a strong ongoing relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate weekly partner meetings and take ownership of recording and allocating actions.
  • Compile and manage case studies of ASM Global's partner activity.
  • Carry out tasks requested by the UK Partnerships Director as and when required.

Skills and experience:

  • At least one years' experience in account management with a rights holder, agency, brand or ticketing agent.
  • Experience of handling a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of google analytics and SEO.
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player, who is solutions driven and proactive when facing challenges.
  • Good knowledge of trends in events, ticketing and sponsorship industry, with the confidence to share innovative activation ideas with internal and partner teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint effectively, to provide reports, presentations, data and analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A keen interest in live music/entertainment.

General information:


The requirements of the business are such that a large degree of flexibility is necessary and evening and weekend work may be required.

There will be a requirement to travel to ASM Global venues across the UK.
