Having grown rapidly in recent years we are now looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our energetic and dynamic team.

This multi faceted role would suit someone who is able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.

Full training will be provided, no experience is necessary although previous sales experience would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

Meet and greet visitors at the office and on viewings.
Handle inbound / outbound telephone calls.
Qualify new tenant applicants.
Arrange and carry out viewings.
Provide regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
Obtain regular client feedback and testimonials.
Prospect and recruit new landlord clients on a regular basis.
Manage own diary and workload.

Requirements of the individual:

Strong and confident communicator with good customer service skills.
Ambition to build relationships and win new business.
Previous sales experience (preferable but not essential).
Self motivated and well organised.
Able to perform well under pressure.
Well presented.
Ambitious, 'can do' attitude.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

We also provide an uncapped commission structure.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary:
£18, £23,000.00 per year OTE + Uncapped Commission.

Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
