The Opportunity
You will play an important role in the development and growth of the Commercial function of Vast Visibility.

You will work internally to support the Commercial Team and engage externally with our White Label Partners and Insurance Brokers.

You will benefit from involvement in a wide range of commercial activities and engagement with senior stakeholders.

The role will develop your understanding and experience in contract and commercial management, and it presents an ideal platform for someone aspiring to develop their career in Commercial Management and/or Business Development.


Core Responsibilitites will include

  • Contract Management with our partners and suppliers
  • Coordinate with our partners on the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements ensuring records are maintained.
  • The development of training modules for all partners, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
  • Manage the process for content signoff.
  • Support the Commercial Team in proposal & presentation production.
  • Participate in the financial modelling of commercial proposals (working with Commercial and Finance colleagues).
  • Work with the Data Team internally to ensure that we meet our reporting requirements.
  • Collating MI packs to be shared externally.
  • Establishing and reviewing KPI and Performance dashboards.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all PCW change requests.
  • Represent the commercial function at any internal priority meetings
  • Support any audits, this will include the provision of data and liaising with key stakeholders internally to ensure a swift resolution.
  • You will be a member of the Commercial Review Board (CRB) which is the pivotal forum for apprising, qualifying and making decisions on all key commercial proposals and developments.

Requirements for the role:


You will have experience working within the Insurance industry in a Commercial or Brokerage role with the ambition to expand your experience.


Skills/attributes:

You have experience of working in Financial Services and operating within an FCA regulated environment.

You have full experience of, or exposure to, the workings of commercial contracts management and change control processes.

You have the ability to develop, implement and maintain business processes.


You are numerate and able to collate and report information, along with having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to engage with and manage stakeholder relationships, internally and externally.

You are able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, and are detail oriented.


You are an inquisitive problem solver, with tenacity and a competitive instinct, who is driven by commercial outcomes and success.


Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
