Based at the Oxfordshire headquarters and reporting to the senior leadership team, this individual will take ownership of leading service, warranty, and customer support teams. The goal is to embed best practices, improve operational efficiency, and foster long-term relationships with premium clients.

Aftersales Leadership

• Lead high-performing aftersales teams across service, warranty, and customer support;
• Oversight daily workshop operations; job scheduling; workflow optimization for seamless processing of internal/external repair orders;

Customer Experience

• Owning aftersales customer journeys for seamless support clear communication & outstanding services standards;
