If you join us as a maintenance assistant, you will be reporting to the Area Manager. You can expect each working day to be interesting and different.

You will be part of a maintenance team of two and be responsible for all maintenance throughout the hotels and properties, delivering high standards of service to all guests and working alongside your maintenance colleague as well as the teams at the hotels.

You will

• Ensuring hotel bedrooms are maintained to high standards
• Be able to respond quickly to maintenance requests
• Benefit from flexitime upon request and approval from the Area Manager.
• Understand and manage property compliance
• Carry out property maintenance as required
• Become an integral member of a close team in a busy environment
• Be proactive and selfmotivated

Previous experience of working in a hotel or a similar environment is preferred but not essential


Salary:
£32,500.00-£35,500.00 per year
