Package Details

  • Salary £23,500 £32,000 (Depending on level of experience) + Annual Bonus & Shift
Allowance

  • 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays

  • Shift patterns available; 07:3016:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:3011:30 Friday OR 12:00pm22:00pm Monday to Thursdays & NO Fridays

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within part of a Quality team of 3 and overseeing a Quality process within a busy production department of 35+ Production workers.
  • Reviewing incoming raw materials and products to check quality of materials.
  • Reviewing technical drawings alongside production.
  • Overseeing CNC Machinist, Saw Operatives and Powder coater's quality of work from first batches through to end product.
  • Checking assembly work.
  • Supporting Quality Manager from a Health & Safety perspective.
  • Visiting customers and suppliers.
Required Skills

  • 2 years' experience within a Quality role in a Technical Industry preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to read from technical drawings.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Good attitude and drive to develop and grow with a growing business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
