This role is fully remote


A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company as an HR & Recruitment Assistant, supporting the Managing Director and General Manager in a generalist capacity with operational and administrative tasks.


Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Assist with the entire recruitment process including interview management, advising managers on the process and ensuring all recruitment documentation and records are maintained and up to date.
  • Employee Lifecycle Assist with probation processes, changes to terms and conditions in contracts of employment. Manage the leavers process including exit interviews and resignation acceptance letters.
  • HR Manage all HR data and records. Support management in HR meetings, including but not exclusive to Probation Reviews, Absence Meetings, Performance Meetings & Dismissals.
  • Assist with training new starters
Key Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in HR & recruitment
  • Knowledge of generalist HR processes
  • Sound IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and databases
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, including frequent liaison with multiple managers simultaneously
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Numeracy skills
  • Used to working remotely

Salary:
£17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
