Overview:

As a Team Leader at Reset Treatment Service you will be based within the service and be at the forefront of managing a diverse and skilled team and have direct line management responsibilities as well.

As directed by your manager, you will provide clear role modelling and leadership for your team to ensure effective service provision for service users.

You will support the delivery of high quality service provision by:

Creating an ambitious service user focussed culture.
Engaging staff to provide a continually improving and innovative service.

Providing leadership, management, support and development to a diverse team of staff.

Responsibilities:

The role will report directly to the Deputy Service Manager.

You will line manage a team of staff which may include frontline staff,Volunteers, Peer Mentors, Social Work and Student Placements.

This role also requires someone who can build and forge strong relationships with our partners.

You'll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important.

But most of the time you'll be enjoying working with a team from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
