FT Recruitment are hiring for a Administrator/Receptionist to join our construction client in Burton.Responsibilities will include:
- Pre construction information,
- On site Health and Safety files,
- Post construction O&M manuals
- Word processing e.g. letters using mail merge, memos, specifications, reports, minutes, contract instructions, final accounts, schedules, employer's requirements and other documents.
- Excel Spreadsheets and multiplication of data.
- Answering the telephone, dealing with queries / taking / relaying messages.
- Planning and maintaining group appointments / schedules.
- Build internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process in order to identify bid opportunities
- Maintain company profiles, capability statements and case study information on the company's website
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
£24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
