FT Recruitment are hiring for a Administrator/Receptionist to join our construction client in Burton.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Pre construction information,
  • On site Health and Safety files,
  • Post construction O&M manuals
  • Word processing e.g. letters using mail merge, memos, specifications, reports, minutes, contract instructions, final accounts, schedules, employer's requirements and other documents.
  • Excel Spreadsheets and multiplication of data.
  • Answering the telephone, dealing with queries / taking / relaying messages.
  • Planning and maintaining group appointments / schedules.
  • Build internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process in order to identify bid opportunities
  • Maintain company profiles, capability statements and case study information on the company's website

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
