Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?**Our Essex based female client has a peg and acquired brain injury, she requires full care including medication assistant, feeding, person al care, manual handling and support with therapy.

We are seeking an additional team member to support the existing team. This involves working days, nights and sleeping shifts to provide 24/7 care.
