Principal Software Engineer - Milton Keynes / Remote UK - 90,000 plus Package
We are helping one of Europe's fastest growing technology companies make a number of tech hires.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Principal Software Engineer to join their high performing team software team.

ThePrincipal Software Engineer will give guidance to the UK technical teams to clarify technical direction as well as to improve software reliability and performance.

Ideally the Principal Software Engineer will have come from a hands on coding background (PHP preferred) but would be looking to step into a more leadership focused role.

Their UK office is based in Milton Keynes and the work from home expectation is flexible to suit you.

The Principal Software Engineer will need to be willing to work in the Milton Keynes office one day per month.


  • Good knowledge of a programming language such as.
NET PHP Java or Python

  • Experience operating as people leader and be keen to more of a leadership role
  • Experience working with globally dispersed leadership teams
  • Great personality and naturally collaborative
  • Friendly, willing to learn and a love of tech
