Service Desk Analyst - Up to £25,000 - Leeds

My client operating within an MSP environment is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Leeds to provide 1st line support and manage tickets in order to meet SLAs This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skillset and work with the latest IT tools and technologies.

This role is fully office based (5 days a week in Leeds) so a driver's license and your own car would be advantageous.


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Active Directory


  • Office 36

  • Windows 7/10


  • Windows Servers 2012/2016/201

  • Current or previous experience within an MSP environment
Experience or Knowledge with the following would also give you an advantage:

  • Networking (desirable)
  • Cloud Technologies such as Azure/AWS (desirable)

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls
  • Raising tickets
  • Triaging
  • Allocating to queues
  • Manage ticket queues and reallocate to meet SLAs
