About The Role
Nobilis delivers over 20,000 hours of homecare per week throughout England and Wales.
Having doubled in size in the last 12 months our growth journey will continues throughout 2023.

We are looking for a Branch Manager to head up one of our smaller branches based in Bristol (covering the North of Bristol) with the aim to grow this business to over 1000 hours over the next six months.

Responsible for managing up to 40 field-based carers, your role would be to oversee the logístical coordination and quality of care delivery for all our clients.

Managing a small office support team, you will need to be a well organised, compassionate people manager with genuine pride in your Team's delivery.


Essential Experience & Qualifications:


  • Sector experience is essential

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role:

  • Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care is essential
  • 2 years' experience in a leadership role with proven experience of growing capacity
  • Experience managing a diverse Team of Care Assistants
  • Experience of training and upskilling Teams
  • Proven ability recruit and retain key talent
  • Experience using an electronic rostering system
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements
